Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (faster than you can say “trail mix!”). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options

Choose the shipping method that matches your adventure timeline:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Adventure Note: We currently ship worldwide, with some exceptions in Asia and remote areas. International customers may be responsible for customs fees.

Our Return Promise

We design our performance apparel to withstand your toughest adventures, but if your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, our hassle-free returns process is as smooth as our moisture-wicking fabrics.

Return Policy Details

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Hygiene Notice: For the protection of all our trailblazers, we cannot accept returns on these intimate apparel items unless defective:

  • Baselayer Bottoms
  • Baselayer Tops
  • Leggings
  • Performance Pants & Tights

These items are considered final sale to maintain our quality standards.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

  • Whether you want a refund or exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 24-48 hours (faster than our EMS shipping!) with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return mailing address: 2544 Bond Street, West Warwick, US 02893

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Pack items securely in the original packaging if possible
  • Include the packing slip or a note with your order number
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service—we can’t be responsible for lost returns

Step 4: Processing

Once received, we’ll inspect your items within 3-5 business days and process accordingly:

  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after approval (subject to availability)

Shipping Costs

  • Returns: Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Exchanges: We cover one-time shipping for size exchanges within the same product

Refund Details

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

International Adventurers: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you may be responsible for any customs fees incurred during return shipping.
