At Active Vibe Shop, we design our performance apparel to withstand your toughest adventures. But if your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, our hassle-free returns process is as smooth as our moisture-wicking fabrics.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached—just like when they left our adventure-ready warehouse.

Adventure Note:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Baselayer Bottoms, Baselayer Tops, Leggings, or Performance Pants & Tights unless defective. These intimate apparel items are final sale to ensure quality standards for all our trailblazers.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Email our customer adventure team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you’re returning/exchanging
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you want a refund or exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 24-48 hours (faster than our EMS shipping!) with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return mailing address (2544 Bond Street, West Warwick, US 02893)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Pack items securely in the original packaging if possible. Include the packing slip or a note with your order number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service—we can’t be responsible for lost returns.

Step 4: Processing

Once received, we’ll inspect your items within 3-5 business days and process accordingly:

  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after approval (subject to availability)

Shipping Costs

  • Returns: Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Exchanges: We cover one-time shipping for size exchanges within the same product

Refund Details

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and international customers may be responsible for any customs fees incurred during return shipping.
